Flybeis increasing capacity at peak times on its flights betweenEdinburghandLondon Cityto meet demand from the business community.
Starting on 1 December, a 98-seat E190 aircraft from Stobart Air will operate the enhanced service.
Flybes winter programme, which operates until 28 March, offers up to 208 flights a week on nine routes from Edinburgh. These include 24 flights a week to London City; an early morning flight departing Heathrow for Edinburgh at 6.40am and the evening flight returning to Heathrow from Edinburgh at 8.15pm; up to seven flights a day to Birmingham; up to three a day to Manchester and up to four a day to Southampton.
Flybes codeshare agreements mean customers can connect to locations across the world via Heathrow, London City and Flybes Manchester and Birmingham hubs.
Flybe will be fully rebranded next year as Virgin Connect next year.

Flybes nine destinations from Edinburgh are Belfast City, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Knock, London City, London Heathrow, Manchester and Southampton.
